Refund policy
We offer a 10-day return window, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased.
This means the item must be unworn, unused, and free of any new signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond what was disclosed at the time of sale. All original packaging, tags (if applicable), and included materials must be returned with the item.
Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
To request a return, please initiate the return from your customer account. You can also contact us at thedesignersconsigner@gmail.com within the return window.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. If return is approved, you will receive prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of pre-owned and consignment goods, certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. These may include items marked as final sale, heavily discounted items, or items sold “as is.”
Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval decision. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, issued within 10 business days.
