Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item is reviewed before being listed and verified for authenticity. We only accept pieces that meet our standards, so you can shop with confidence.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with tags still attached. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

How does selling to you work?

If you’d like to sell an item, submit it for review through our Sell to Us form or bring it into the store. We evaluate condition, demand, and authenticity before making an offer. If you accept, we move forward with authentication and payment.

Do pre-owned items come with a warranty?

Because our items are pre-owned, we do not offer warranties. Each piece is carefully reviewed and priced based on its current condition.

How should I care for a pre-owned designer item?

To help extend the life of your item, store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid overloading bags, keep them away from heat and moisture, and use proper storage such as dust bags when available.

Will my item include the original box or dust bag?

Some items include original packaging, but not all. Any included accessories will be listed in the product details. If original packaging is not available, the item will be shipped securely without it.
